Applications are accepted on a rolling basis until all booth spaces are filled. We recommend applying early to secure your preferred booth size and location. The final deadline is February 28, 2026.
Yes, you can upgrade your booth package subject to availability. Please contact our team at exhibit@futureed.events to discuss upgrade options.
We accept credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard) and bank transfers. Invoices can be issued for companies requiring purchase orders.
Cancellations made 60+ days before the event receive a 75% refund. Cancellations 30-59 days before receive a 50% refund. No refunds for cancellations less than 30 days before the event.
Yes, we provide shipping instructions and a designated receiving area. Detailed logistics information will be included in your exhibitor kit after approval.
